Do I need an international driver’s license?
According to Montenegrin traffic safety law, Article 176, valid driver’s licenses from Russia and CIS countries allow you to operate a vehicle in Montenegro.
Is there a rental duration restriction depending on the time of year?
Yes. From May 10th to October 10th, vehicles can be rented on a daily basis, and from
October 10th to May 10th, we offer special monthly rental options.
Is there a minimum driving experience required for renting a vehicle?
No, there are no restrictions regarding driving experience.
What do I need if I want to travel across the border?
You need to inform us about your intention to cross the border, as you require our company’s
approval and additional insurance.
Do I need to pay extra for pick-up or drop-off outside working hours?
If it depends on your flight, there will be no additional charge for this service. In other cases,
the fee is 30€ per individual service (pick-up and drop-off). Our working hours are from 8 am
to 9 pm.
Is adding a second driver free of charge?
Yes, a second driver can be added to the documentation. Other drivers cannot be added to
the documentation but are allowed to drive within Montenegro.
Do you provide child seats?
We offer one child seat free of charge. Please specify if you need one or more child seats
when making the vehicle reservation.
Should I pay in advance or not?
We advise you to make an advance payment, ranging from 10% to 15% of the total amount,
to secure your reservation. After the payment, we will send you a voucher containing all
necessary information, including the amount paid.
When can I contact you?
Our office is open every day from 8 am to 9 pm in Petrovac, La Ponte Building, shop 4. You
can also contact us through the contact form on our website, and we will respond within 24
hours. We are available by phone, email, Viber, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Do you refund money if I return the vehicle earlier?
In most cases, we do not refund money. However, for longer rental periods, we may offer a
partial refund.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) are included in the price, but they
do not cover tires and windshields. For an additional fee, we can provide Super CDW or
SCDW insurance, which covers all potential damages to the vehicle, including tires and
windshields. The insurance only applies if there is a police report regarding the damage.
Is there a mileage limit during the rental period?
There is no mileage limit.
What is the fuel policy?
You need to return the car with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up. We
always deliver the vehicle with a full tank.
Does the vehicle have GPS?
GPS is not included in the rental price. Upon request, we can provide GPS for an additional
fee. Please note that GPS maps of Montenegro may not be very accurate, with many missing
addresses. We recommend renting a vehicle with WiFi and using Google Maps instead.
What is the model year of your vehicles?
Our vehicles range from 2009 to 2018, depending on the model. All our vehicles are in
excellent condition and fully operational.
Can I cancel the reservation?
Yes, you can cancel it, and we can refund your money if you cancel 72 hours or more before
the scheduled vehicle pick-up time. Otherwise, the funds cannot be refunded.
What if I want to cancel the reservation?
Cancellation is possible with a full refund 48 hours or more before the trip. In that case, we
can send you an invoice if you need to claim a refund from your airline, operator, or
insurance.
In case of an emergency, who should I contact?
You can contact us in any situation on the phone numbers provided during vehicle pick-up,
and we will guide you or personally handle the problem.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
The driver will wait as long as necessary; it is included in the price. Please provide your flight
number when making the reservation.
Can I book a taxi from other cities, not just airports?
Yes, you can book from any city in Montenegro or neighboring countries.
Where can I find the driver at the airport?
The driver will wait at the airport exit, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
