1. General provisions:
1.1. These conditions apply to all content of this reservation system. Please read these
conditions before using this website. The use of this website indicates your agreement with
these terms.
1.2. Masha Group d.o.o. may modify these conditions at any time, and such modification
takes effect immediately after publishing the amended terms and provisions on this website.
Therefore, your continuous access or use of this website will be considered as your
acceptance of the modified conditions.
1.3. When making a reservation through this reservation system, you are bound by the terms
and considered to have accepted the terms and conditions of the corresponding provider,
Masha Group d.o.o.

2. Data Protection
2.1. Masha Group d.o.o. recognizes and values the importance of responsible use of personal
data collected on this website. Therefore, the company handles personal data with care and
takes steps to keep it confidential. The data is used only for legitimate business purposes.

3. Reservation
3.1. After the reservation is made through this booking system, and once your reservation is
confirmed, you will receive an email with a voucher (reservation confirmation) within 24-72
hours, so you will have all the necessary information before your arrival. Please note that
under certain circumstances, i.e., busy locations, it may take up to 3 days. Special priority will
be given to reservation requests for the immediate future (5 days or less from the time of
reservation).
3.2. Masha Group d.o.o. uses your email address only to send the voucher. We use your
phone number only to contact you if we have any questions regarding your reservation.
3.3. Masha Group d.o.o. recommends thoroughly checking the reservation details, such as
country, location, and rental period.
3.4. If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, please contact us via email clearly
specifying the details of the modification. We do not guarantee that the requested changes
can be made. Reservation changes cannot be processed after you have taken possession of
the vehicle.
3.5. As a condition of using this reservation system, you agree not to use this reservation
system for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or in violation of the terms.
3.6. Specifically, by accessing this reservation system, you agree:
3.6.1. Not to make speculative or false reservations through the reservation system;
3.6.2. Not to use the reservation system to research rental service providers or their prices;
3.6.3. Not to use the name of Masha Group d.o.o. and Montecars for commercial purposes
without prior written permission.
3.7. Cancellation of reservation: Each reservation must be canceled 72 hours prior the vehicle
pickup date. If the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before the vehicle pickup date,
the prepaid fee is non-refundable. If the reservation is made less than 72 hours before the
vehicle pickup date, the prepaid fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

4. Payment
4.1. General provisions.
The payment model for your reservation depends on the location and vehicle you choose.
You are always responsible for paying any additional services/costs you have requested, and
you are responsible for any other chargeable service.

4.2. Payment options:
You can pay 10% or 15% of the reservation price at the time of submitting the reservation, or
you can simply send an email and pay for the reservation at the time of vehicle pickup.
4.3. Payment Methods.
You must use cash payment with the specified cards (as shown in the picture).
4.4. The voucher delivered via email is your proof of reservation and/or payment. If the
reservation is canceled, the voucher becomes invalid. You must present your voucher upon
arrival at the car rental counter.
4.5. All payments must be made in the local currency of Montenegro (in Euros).

5. Price
5.1. General Provisions:
5.1.1. Masha Group d.o.o. makes every effort to ensure that the prices quoted at the time of
reservation on this reservation system are accurate in all material aspects. However, the
company reserves the right to change the price quoted at the time of reservation in case of an
error. The company will try to inform the client as soon as possible if the price quoted at the
time of booking is inaccurate.
5.1.2. In the event of a price change occurring at the time of booking, the customer may
choose to pay the amended price or, alternatively, the customer will be entitled to a refund of
the amount paid.
5.2. The price includes:
5.2.1. Unlimited mileage
5.2.2. All taxes
5.2.3. One child seat (except for taxi reservations)
5.2.4. Additional driver
5.2.5. Winter equipment (if needed)
5.2.6. Vehicle delivery at the airport
5.2.7. PAI (Personal Accident Insurance)
5.2.8. Theft Protection (TP) and Super Theft Protection (STP) within the territory of
Montenegro
5.2.9. Repairs
5.2.10. TPL insurance. The price includes mandatory third-party liability insurance.
5.2.10.1. CDW / Casco insurance does not cover damage caused while driving under the
influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances, driving without a valid driver’s
license, or when the police have confiscated the driver’s license, and when there are more
people in the vehicle than registered seats.
5.3. The price does not include:
5.3.1. Cross-border insurance
5.3.2. SCDW insurance
5.3.3. GPS navigation.

6. Driver Requirements
6.1. Driver’s License. You must provide a valid driver’s license for the country in which the
rental is taking place. An international driver’s license is not mandatory.
6.2. Driver’s Age. Drivers must be between 18 and 75 years old.

7. Pick-up and Drop-off
7.1. Flight Information. For airport pick-up, it is essential for Masha Group d.o.o. to receive the
correct flight number and arrival time. You can do this either online or by phone. If this
information is not available at the time of booking, please inform us at least 2 days before the
flight, via email or phone. Masha Group d.o.o. accepts no responsibility for failed rentals due
to delays or inadequate provision of this information. Failure to provide this information also
diminishes the company’s liability.
7.2. Identification. You will be required to present a valid driver’s license from the country of
origin and a valid passport when picking up your vehicle.
7.3. If you make a reservation but do not pick up the vehicle, no funds you have paid will be
refunded. Please note that in case of delayed vehicle pick-up, you should contact the car
rental agent. In the event of flight cancellations or delays, Masha Group d.o.o. will not be
responsible for any paid funds.
7.4. Fuel Policy. All vehicles have a full tank of fuel at the time of rental and must be returned
with the same fuel level. If you return the vehicle with a partially full tank, you will be charged
for the remaining fuel at the local established price.

8. Other provisions
8.1. Parking fines and traffic violations. You are responsible for the costs of any parking
violations and other fines incurred during your rental period. Masha Group d.o.o. will charge
you for any parking or traffic violation tickets. You are also responsible for paying
administrative fees.
8.2. Breakdown Assistance – 24-hour roadside assistance is included in the price.
8.3. Complaints – all complaints and/or issues must be received in writing within 7 days from
the date you return the vehicle. Masha Group d.o.o. cannot process complaints outside this
period.
